    The road

Don't let the road start somewhere else but at your very doorstep. Don't settle permanently. Don't stop planing new journeys to the world. No matter if the travels are real or just imaginary. Imagination is powerful tool often undervalued. What's real life and what's not? Don't be fooled, a game can't compare to direct experiences; can provide intense feelings, but most often those feelings will be distorted. Yes. But that does not make them less true, less painful or less enjoyable. And it can be the start of a strong friendship.

Don't let the road end somewhere else but at your very doorstep. Don't lose your ground. Have something, somewhere that you can feel as home, somwhere to come back to, no matter how, no matter when.

    Copenhagen

Grey clouds fill the sky and yet there's a lot of light. A thin rain wetted everything giving the ground and the faccades of the buildings the aspect of a sping day, instead of summer. Not that I know how spring is in here, of course, but a spring day as those I remember from my youth; kind temperature, half cloudy skies and the woods and fields for us to explore. Or when I was in the university, on the campus, watching the wet stone under the sunshine, with an unique quality that made it seem not only old, but wise somehow, and serene; watching the centuries go by, unmoved by waht's going on. The buildings, not us.

Most cities I've visited are alike. What differenciates them is their past, reflected on the older treets, the buildings conserved unchanged for decades or hundereds of years. Then, even being alike they're unique. I mean, there is the center of the town, the stations for communication, train, bus, there are the leisure zones, the industrial zones; there is refurbishment all over. All cities have the same cinemas, shopping centers, parks, flat buildings, sport domes,  night pubs...  And yet being different, there is something that make you feel in a place you can handle.
